Break time is over

Wow it has been awhile! After our computer virus, hard drive crashing, and me trying to eat our memory card (when you are completely sleep deprived, don't take out your memory card while your munching on wheat thins in the other hand. it hurts a lot!) I decided to take a break. But now I have lots of catching up to do. Not only for you, but I realize how bad my memory is and how nice it is to look back on here. So here it goes. I am going to try and get caught up and stay that way. I pre-dated some posts so you'll have to scroll back to see some.

he's happy, mommas happy

We have a happy baby!! It has been life changing to be able to put Ian down and not have to bounce him constantly. He's enjoying his bouncer and talking to his new best friend (a balloon left over from Chloe's birthday). He just laughs and talks to you.

shoe designer or just shoe obsessed?

Lately Chloe will turn anything and everything into a shoe. It all started with my bracelet ( a pretty cute look if you ask me) and hasn't stopped from playing cards, wipes, gloves and of course my shoes.

camping

Jeremy and I were talking about how we missed out on camping and the mountains this summer, when we realized summer is not over and how hard could it be camping with a newborn. They just sleep and eat right? We went to Golden Gate Canyon State Park just an hour away and borrowed Jeremy's parent's pop up camper. It was beautiful and it felt so good to escape to the mountains, but so not a good idea with a colicky newborn. I also didn't take into consideration that both kids got their vaccinations right before we left. Ian was so fussy, screaming the whole time (even when eating) unless he was sleeping. Poor little guy. The second day went much better. Ian enjoyed sitting in his bouncer and watching the aspen leaves.

Unfortunately, these pictures are on the memory card I chopped. They were of some beautiful scenery and blurry ones of Chloe dodging the camera.
