catching up

I realize I have been MIA for awhile. I have a great excuse though. My normal blogging times have been taken over by extreme tiredness or nausea. I have had to reprioritize a bit, I am lucky if dinner gets made and my kitchen cleaned let alone an update on our blog. So if you haven't guessed, I am pregnant!!! I am currently 12 weeks along and hoping all this lovely stuff will come to an end with the first trimester.

Last weekend we took trip to the pumpkin patch. There was so many new things to do and see Chloe was busy running around taking it all in.

Balloon Fiesta

We went down to Albuquerque for a quick weekend trip. The main event was the Balloon Fiesta. We went to the balloon glow on Saturday. Chloe LOVED the balloons. Unfortunately 15 min after we arrived the wind picked up and most of the balloons came down and packed up, there were a few brave souls who stayed up, thankfully.

They still did a "burn" for us. Would have

looked cool with balloon but still fun times.

We took a drive today to Eldorado Canyon to hopefully see some fall colors. There wasn't much at all. We have had such a cold fall that everything is just turning brown. Anyhow it was a beautiful day to get out and go for a hike.
