it has hit our home

Sickness has hit the Dickinson household. After a crazy week with my parents being in town and Chloe's dedication it hit Chloe and I. No fun!

Chloe's dedication

Chloe's dedication was at church yesterday. It went very well! My parents drove up with Cory and some of our friends came to church to see too. They played a short video of pictures of Chloe, Jeremy's Dad said a prayer and gave her a letter for to open when she is 12 about this day, and then our pastor said a dedication prayer. It all went great. Then we had a open house with lots of goodies (thanks mom!). A completely exhausting day but definitely one to remember!

first taste

6 months

Things are a changing! Chloe now weighs 15.13 lbs. She is sitting up like a pro now, loving her rice cereal, talking more, and standing up with support. She cracks us up with her cute little faces and every stage amazes me. Can't wait to see what is next.

First Hike

We have been having unbelievable weather here in Colorado, 69 degrees one day then 71 the next. So crazy for January but we decided to enjoy it with a little hike. We took a drive to the foothills and it actually got so hot we were in short sleeves but ironically we had to cut our hike short when the path went into shade and got too icy. It was beautiful but just made me wish summer was already here.

First food

Chloe got her first bite of rice cereal the other day. She loved it! She has been showing a lot of interest when we eat, she gets so excited and tries to grab our food so we thought it was time. Every day since she gets a little rice cereal. It still amazes me how big she is getting.
